Adopt a Maltese Today

Picture

Mason is a 4 ½ month old white, poodle mix male.  He came to us from a big Southern CA shelter with a left rear leg fracture.  His fracture was a couple of weeks old when he came to us and had begun to heal.  Our vet fitted Mason in a firm cast that is changed every week since this guy is growing.  You would be amazed how fast Mason can run with three good legs.

For the Maltese Rescue California

They come to us in so many ways: abused, abandoned, hurt, sick, lost, unwanted & unloved. Your support means so much… Maltese Rescue California is dedicated to providing food, medical care & shelter, along with caring hearts & loving arms. Giving each one another chance at life and love and their new forever home. It's all about second chances.

Our rescue volunteers provide adoption services for Maltese acquired from shelters or surrendered by their owners. Approved foster homes are utilized to care for abused, sickly, and homeless Maltese until such time as an adoptive family is approved for the dogs forever home. A vital component of Maltese Rescue California is the education of the public regarding breed characteristics, responsible dog ownership, training and humane care of a Maltese.
